RL Ball Screw Actuators

The RL Integrated Actuator, like the RD, is a new lost cost solution for linear motion. The RL housing, made from quality aluminum, covers a THK SRS linear guide and ball screw.

The RL comes in two profile widths, 45mm and 60mm, both with a choice of 6mm or 12mm pitch ball screws.

The unit employs a THK QZ Lubricator, which supplements oil loss during ball screw travel and permits a maintenance-free service life of 5000 km.

All RL Actuators come with a Cool Muscle Integrated servo, making the actuator a self sufficient intelligent automation component.

RD Ball Screw Actuators

The RD shares many of the same features as the RL, but in a different form factor. Designed as a system for pushing or lifting, replacing pneumatic systems, the RD is an accurate, fast, and reliable linear actuator with a host of intelligent functions.

The RD comes in three body sizes, 33mm, 45mm, and 55mm, with strokes ranging from 50mm to 300mm. All RD units come with a 12mm pitch ball screw, coated with QZ lubricant, to ensure a long life span of 5000km.
